CDSL Crew
CDSL is short for for Colegio de San Lorenzo. I started my school life there on October 23rd, 2008. I came to the Philippines one month earlier, preparing my life as I was emotionally out of it because of the drastic changes in my life (going to the Philippines, specifically, while leaving New York). I felt anxious, upset, confused and, most of all, lonely (never wanted to admit that, though). I really wasn't sure what to expect, so I decided to see how it would go.
When I started to attend there, of course, I was immediately befriended with the female population of the class, who were my acquaintances then (and they are my friends now). I still felt alone, though, I wasn't sure who to call a friend (I was being wary at the time on who I should trust).
Then... A certain someone approached me (you know who you are) and, slowly, I was beginning to enjoy myself in CDSL. I consider that person and another one as my best friends. There are reasons why for this in which I will not delve into because it's probably obvious to the majority.
Now, I've made lots of friends, students and teachers alike, thanks to those two because I've learned to open up a little more. I made a lot of friends in the Communication Arts department (where I'm in); however, I also made friends in other departments as well. And, for the first time in a long time, I've felt peaceful days (New York was serene in its own way, and I had fun times there too, but I did fuss about a lot of stuff most of the time).
XD I officially love CDSL and the CA department. GOGOGO!!!
If you don't see your pics in here, apologies in advance as there's still work to do! Hence why I may need to get group pictures, if any.
